Subject: Proposal
Date: Wednesday, July 2, 2008, 5:45 PM
Let me start by introducing myself. I am Mr.Peter T S Wong director of
operations of
the Hang Seng Bank Ltd in Hong Kong.I have an obscured business suggestion for
you.
Before the U.S and Iraqi war one of our client Colonel Sadiq Uday who was with
the
Iraqi forces and also businessman made a numbered fixed deposit for 18 calendar
months,
with a value of One hundred and twenty five million, seven hundred and fifty
thousand
U.S dollars only in my branch.
Upon maturity several notices was sent to him, even during the war which began
in 2003.
Again after the war another notification was sent and still no response came
from him.
We later find out that the General along with
his
wife and only daughter had
been
killed during the war in a bomb blast that hit their home.
After further investigation it was also discovered that Colonel Sadiq Uday did
not
declare any next of kin in his official papers including the paper work of his
bank
deposit. And he also confided in me the last time he was at my office that no
one
except me knew of his deposit in my bank. So, One hundred and twenty five
million,
seven hundred and fifty thousand U.S dollars is still lying in my bank and no
one will
ever come forward to claim it.
When I discovered he and his family is dead i had to look for a very reliable
person
who can stand as the Next of kin to that funds , so that the funds will be
transfered
out of the bank immediately. What bothers me most is that according to the laws
of my
country at the expiration 5 years the funds will revert to the ownership of
the
Hong
Kong Government if nobody applies to claim the funds.
Please treat this business with utmost confidentiality and send me the
following.
(1)Full names, (2)Private Phone number (3)Current residential address,
(4)Occupation
(5)Age and Proffession.
Therefore , if you know you are capable of involving in this mouth watering
transaction, please send me an email to my Private email below, so that i will
give you
more details about this transaction and how we will successfully carry out this
transaction without any risk involved.

Hello Mr. Peter T S Wong,
I read your story about Sadiq Uday and I was very moved. He had a wife and daughter and they died and that is sad and I do not like to be sad.
Luckily money makes me not sad and Sadiq Uday had alot of money which means he was very happy - until he died that is.
I was very touched, emotionally, by your story. I would like to help. What can I do?
Ticket 2240,
John F. Reed - Wednesday Pickup
ps - Was Sadiq Uday a general or a colonel? I was a captain myself so I can understand the confusion

Dear Friend,
Thank you very much for your response, and your interest in this transaction, I am glad to note that you are noble and trustworthy person whom I can reply on for your capabilities to handle this transaction. Like I said before, due to this issue on my hands now, it became necessary for me to seek your assistance, I appreciate the fact that you are ready to assist me in executing this project, and also you will help me in investing my money in your country, I am quite certain about that.
Let me start by introducing myself.I am Mr.Peter T S Wong director of operations of the Hang Seng Bank Ltd. Before the U.S and Iraqi war our client Colonel Sadiq Uday who was with the Iraqi forces and also big time businessman, made a numbered fixed deposit for 18 calendar months, with a value of One hundred & twenty five million, seven hundred & fifty thousand U.S
dollars only in my branch.Upon maturity several notices was sent to him, even during the war which began in 2003. Again after the war another notification was sent and still no response came from him. We later found out that the Colonel along with his wife and only daughter had been killed during the war in a bomb blast that hit their home.
You should not have anything to worry about, I will do everything legally required to ensure that the project goes smoothly, it shall pass through all Laws of International Banking, you have my word. Having resolved to entrust this transaction into your hands, I want to remind you that, it needs your commitment and diligent follow up. If you work seriously, the entire transaction should be over in a couple of days. Please provide me with the requested details below, so that i can know who i am dealing with:
1)Full names & a scanned copy of your International identity Or International Drivers' Licence, (2)private phone number (3)current residential address, (4)Occupationn (5)Age and Proffession.
Firstly, I will want to know precisely the type of occupation that you do and how old you are, you should note that this project is highly capital intensive, this is why I have to be very careful, I need your total devotion and trust to see this through. I know we have not met before, but I am very confident that we will be able to establish the necessary trust that we need to execute this project.
I am now in contact with a foreign online bank, I now intend that you open an account in your name in this foreign bank. The money would be transferred to your account which you will open in the bank for both of us, this is the best way, I have found, it will protect us from my bank. I want us to enjoy this money in peace when we conclude. So you should listen to my instructions and follow them religiously. Also You have to know that I cannot transfer this money in my name as my bank will be aware that it is from me, this is where I need you.
As result of this, you will have to open an account in the corresponding bank. I will obtain a certificate of deposit from my bank, it will be issued in your name, this will make you the bonfide owner of the funds. After this, the money will be banked online for both of us.
We can then instruct the bank to transfer our various shares into our respective home bank accounts. I will also perfect the documentations with the assistance of my attorney to give the transaction the legal right. Before I commence, I will need you to send me a copy of any form your identification (Driver's license Work ID or International passport) and your current address. I want to be sure that I am transacting with the correct person.
As soon as I get these from you, I will commence the paper work. I hope you will understand why I need all these, the money in question is big and I want to ensure that I know you well before I proceed to give you all the details to commence the project, I will also send you my Work Identification and my family picture upon receipt of your identification. I will send the name and contact details of the bank so that you can commence communication with them.
N.B- Your share in the Money will be 35% and myself will take the remaining 65%.And you won't have to appear in person.i have an International financial attorney that would perfect the paper work.
Ensure that you keep this project confidential, do not discuss it with anybody, because of the confidential nature of this transaction and my work.
Please reply soonest with details i requested , so that we can proceed.
Regards,
Peter T S Wong.

Dear Peter T S Wang,
I have to admit I was a bit nervous, but when you told me that you would do everything legally required to ensure that the project goes smoothly, and that it shall pass through all Laws of International Banking, I was floored. I have never before in all my years of business had someone comfort me like you have. And when you gave me your word, I knew right then and there I was dealing with a genuine businessman, just like myself.
You, sir, are a gentleman. You have my word.
Here is the information you require:
01 - John Francis Reed
02 - (212)867-5309
03 - 16530 Ventura Blvd. #500 :: Encino, CA 91436 :: USA
04 - International Businessman
05 - 40 years old
N.B. - I think that since it's my good name, my reputable name, my famous name, my pornographic name, my incredible name, my incestuous name, my respected and trusted and honorable name that's on the line, my share should be 45% and your share should be the remaining 55%. And give the International Financial Attorney that would perfect the paper work the remaining 6%.
N.B.B. - I have sent you scanned images of my identification. Just to be safe I think I should have scanned images of your identification as well. I just need proof for my files that you are indeed a trustworthy man of your word like I am.

Hey there Bank,
My good friend Peter T S Wong told me to tell you that I need an account, and I need it now. I don't have time to explain what it's for, how much will be in it at any given time, or even if our off shores money laundering scheme is even legal.
All you need to know is that the account needs to be able to accommodate $200M.
So send me the paperwork, and send it to me now. Don't ask questions. Don't hesitate. Just make it happen.
And if I find out that you give a free toaster to all new accounts and then open this account and I don't get a toaster you'll hear from my lawyers.
YOU GOT THAT!
New account, $200M, no questions, and I want my toaster.

Ever watch Dogma? I'm watching Dogma. It's the part where Bartleby slaps Salma Hayek and Loki's drunk and Chris Rock's wearing a purple shirt and brown trenchcoat and there's blood splattered all over the bakground.
My dog's sleeping at my feet. Do you think dogs dream? I don't know if they do. But if they did then my dog does and he's dreaming some funny shit because he's taking little jogging steps in his sleep which must mean he's dreaming about, at the very least, running, which is cute.
Oh snap! Jay and Bob and Salma Hayek are fighting Ben Affleck! I've got to go.
I'll let you know when the bank contacts me.

I am the foreign customer of Clydesdale Bank Plc. you're trying to assist.
I will answer these questions you asked me, but I want it put on the record somewhere that I have already volunteered this information, and that having to write it all out for you again only infuriates me.
1 - I want to open an account that has large money capacity (I plan on moving ALOT of money), has a large safe deposit box (about seven feet long, four feet wide, two and a half feet deep, and able to quietly contain a kicking (and possibly scratching and yelling) mass of about 280 to 300 pounds), and a free toaster.
2 - This will be a personal account
3 - I need the account to be able to accommodate up to $200M. How much will be in the account at any given time is none of your damn business.
4 - I want an offshore, online account.
Now I'M the one awaiting YOUR prompt response. You better be prompt or I'm going to prompt all over your candy asses.

PETER!
I contacted the bank, and then they contacted me, and then I contacted them back, but then today they REALLY contacted me with an email all full of questions and stuff. So I contacted them back with answers to their questions.
I was pretty stern with them. I took a very strong I'm-in-charge stance which they seem to be respecting.
Also, little inside info for you.
I'm drunk.
Right now.
As I write this, and as I wrote the bank just now come to think of it, I am thoroughly, no doubt about it, legally (criminally actually), through and through, head to toes and big red nose drunk.
I'm a sucker for a hooker and a bottle of whiskey, you know what I mean? Right? Buddy? Pal? I know you know what I mean. You've been there two or three times yourself I'm sure. Handsome man like yourself? You're probably hammered right now.
I tell ya', whiskey's my poison. Do they have whiskey in Hong Kong? If they do I'm coming over and we're getting pissed together you and me.
Speaking of piss, guess what happened. It's kind of gross, but kind of good too because now that it's already happened what's the point of getting up and interrupting what could quite possibly be a very long and spiritual night of poisoning my blood with such toxic levels of alcohol I'll be sure pass out for, easily, four or five days.
If I don't drown in my own vomit, I'll be back.
In the meantime - the bank contacted me and I contacted them right back as instructed. Lets get this transaction moving!

I haven't heard from your lawyer. I think he's horrible. I've tried contacting the bank again and again and again and they never respond with forms, phone calls, call girls, emails, or telegrams (singing or nude).
I'm not too pleased with you or your level of service thus far. I'm happy the funds has been lubricated, rubbed, and finally released. I love a 'full release' of funds.
But that doesn't matter because the lawyer never contacted me and the bank never contacted me.

Hello Mr Peter,
First of all, thank you for getting back to me. I missed you dearly, my brother, and I cried a full minute and a half when I thought you were out of my life for good. Immediately after that, however, even though it was difficult, I resumed my life of riches and pleasures without giving you a second thought.
Secondly, yes, Yes, YES I would like to continue this transaction with you. Let's get it done and out of the way. First, though, let me explain what #3 is.
Thirdly (#3) - the reason I was angry was that you were not delivering what you said you would deliver. You told me to wait, so I waited, and then you became upset that I was waiting. You told me to contact the bank, so I contacted the bank, and then you became upset that the bank never sent me any forms. I just want you to be clear that I have done everything you have asked of me, so you cannot get mad at me for a third party's failure to comply.
I would appreciate it if YOU contacted the bank and YOU got me the form. I'll fill it out immediately with all the testicular fortitude I can gather.

dear brother,
Top of the day to you and your family.
I contact the bank to ask them why they have not mail you yet but i was surprise when they sent me the mail you sent to them what the hell did you write in your mail that you sent to the bank.
can you explain this email below
(Now I'M the one awaiting YOUR prompt response. You better be prompt or I'm going to prompt all over your candy asses)
I dont think that you are the serious type to do business with.
Are you really ready to do this transaction with me?
Kindly mail the bank and apologies to them so they can mail you and give you more details on how to set up an account in your name.
i await your urgent response

dear stepbrother,
first of all, i don't know why the bank would share my confidential communications with them with you. that's kind of illegal. but since we're brothers i'll let it slide - this time.
secondly, i wrote what i wrote because the bank doesn't have its act together - just like you. they asked me for information, so i gave them the information. then they asked me for it again. i hate having to repeat myself. so i sent it to them again, but this time with the message you quoted back to me.
but it's all good now. i sent them an email with apologies. i should be getting the form any day now.
are you really ready to do this transaction with me as well?
do you like cheese?

Oh brother,
Looky here Wong. I love you and I adore you and I trust you and I would loan you eight of my nine camels. But I have already done everything I can. I've contacted you and contacted the bank and apologized to the bank and sat idly by while I was told to wait.
I can't make the bank hurry up. I don't know what else to do. What else can I do?
I would do more, I really would, but that would require knowing what more I could do before I did anything so that when I did do more I'd do what needed to be done. You know what I mean?
I'm just waiting for the bank now. They're supposed to send me some forms.
Hey, you're the one who broke the law and read my private correspondence with the bank, maybe you can contact them and tell them to contact me and send me the form!

ps - what are you going to do with your share of the money once the transaction is complete? I plan on buying my fifth wife from Russia (that would make eleven in total).

Brother,
Tell you what. How about YOU ask the bank to deliver the forms to me. I've asked them several times now and they haven't sent me anything.
That plus you managed to contact the bank already. So seeing as you already have an open line of communication with the bank, why don't we just go that route.
I am too busy and too serious and too important a business man to have to deal with this nonsense.
Please let me know once you've contacted the bank.
